Love the breakfast bagel sandwich but every time I get a smoothie I have huge chunks of ice left in the bottom.

If you order a 24 ounce hot you will actually get something closer to 16 ounces don't know they leave so much room for cream.... Doesn't even matter if you ask for none. Every. single. time. Its short. I even measured it at home to see if I was justified inmy frustration 16oz on the dot. Read more
It would be nice if they had real honey instead of just honey flavored syrup. I've been waiting a few years now, still nothing.... The one in Three Rivers has real honey, as well as Portage and Kalamazoo. I don't understand why the Sturgis location doesn't.I'd even settle for Agave. Ridiculously over priced. I paid over $6 for a small Carmel apple cider. You are going to have a hard time competing with the... new Starbucks in town when your drinks are $2+ more then what they charge. Read more
