What a terrible experience. I pre-ordered food. I arrived in time and was told they got busy and it will be another 15 or 20... minutes (that was the original length to prepare). When that time was up I picked up food 24:minutes after it was supposed to beready, with zero apologies from anyone. Thenbi drive home and discover the order is incorrect. I immediately ordered Chinesetakeout and drive back to bdubs. They then said they would get the manager (Cody) who never came. Offered the food I broughtback to me to take ( I refused). Then made me give my credit card information in order to get my refund. Again with zeroapologies for anything. Very disappointed. Read more
Took the family last night..No kids menu to order from for the kids, wanted to order the sample plater from appetizers but they... were out, wanted onion rings but they were out. No real silverware just plastic, chicken wing skins were soggy rubber. Then whenwe were done a staff member asked if they could have our left over plastic silverware because they couldn't find anymore andgave them to another table ????... We will never come back to this location again. Our waitress was wonderful and tried herbest. This isn't a staffing problem or service problem, it was a management problem and they obviously aren't on top of things.. Read more
My carry out order was supposed to be ready at 5:10. At 5:15 pm they said it would be 15-30 minutes. I received my food at 5:48... pm . I wasn't offered a discount or anything. The boy doing the carry outs was very sweet, and apologized often. No manager cameout to talk to any of us. Read more
Typical BWW food and atmosphere, but not a great selection of beer on tap. The wait staff were polite but always on the run... because they were short-handed. Not much else to do on a weeknight when you're from out of town, so this was a good place tohangout with friends. Read more
This was the worst food in my near 65 year life. First the modifications were totally mixed up. If you are going to have them... learn to follow them. Second the site will not let me in to cancel my payment information. Even my dog wasn't excited abouteating any. Read more
We were never greeted by hostess. Even called and told the hostess that four different groups of people were there waiting to... be seated. She still didn't come out and greet us. All the groups of people ended up leaving.. Read more
Sluggish service despite there being only a few people dining, but the staff was friendly and kept our drinks full while the... cooks made some pretty tasty food. Our server made sure to check in with us to make sure everything was going good. Read more
1 star bc the bartender was great. Terrible service....not 1 waitress came to out table. Had to go to the bar for service.... Ordered a drink Would have stayed for dinner but apparently these employees Hate $$$..lol Meanwhile on their phone!!! Read more
