My review is obviously not a good one but I would like to start out on a positive note. The staff that we encountered this... evening was very nice, customer service was spot on. My beef is with the cleanliness of the establishment. We got our food to goand brought it back to our hotel. When we sat everything down on the table to unpack, a ???? came scurrying out of our drinkholder. We're super skeeved out, I do not want to bring bugs home with me. ** edit to say that originally I though this was acockroach. I have since learned that it's not. Is dine in the same as take out? It seems like take out cole slaw comes in a container but I ate inside and got the slaw on a... plate with the rest of my order. It was about half the serving in the take out container. The fries were far fewer than normaltake out too. Anyone else have this experience here? I'll do take out next time! Read more
Went in to place our order and the first thing , it took 30 minutes to get the order. Secondly after placing and paying for the... order they had to make a substitution because we were not told that they did not have an item when we ordered. The final issuewas they did not put all of the order in the bags so I had to drive back to get the rest of the food while mine sat at homegetting cold. Read more

We have become fans of Culver's while on our road trips to the Midwest. The Culver's restaurant in Sturgis is one of the reasons... we have become fans. The service was very friendly and the food was fresh and a great value. The restaurant was also very cleanincluding the restrooms. Read more
I'm from ohio, never been to a Culver's before. So I get to the menu and the lady I find out her name is Gabbie. I tell her... never been to one before and she explained a few things to me and she was just so joyful. Very professional very happy. I get upto the window and another smile under her mask. People like this definitely want to make you come back. So I look inside and thefloor is immaculate everything so shiny she tells me the place has been open for five or six years. Very very impressed she's acrew leader. Been there since it open and we talked while I was waiting for my food no one was behind me so I stayed at thewindow and talked everybody in there was just working and very organized very impressed with this chain. I usually don't go tochain restaurants. but I just drove almost 5 hours very tired wanted something simple. Congratulations to the whole place veryimpressed the food is excellent. I have pictures but can't remember everything I had besides the pretzel bites and cheese, themilkshake salted caramel very thick and very good. Very tasty. Culver?s has the best burgers &? chili chz fries! definitely better than any other franchise if it?s not homemade! 10/10
