Why just why. I love KFC and I keep giving them another chance. It is ridiculous that, ever time you go through drive thru you... have to pull forward. Totally defeating the purpose of a drive thru time. I don't know about you but I go to KFC for chicken andthe sides. So I was super disappointed when I ate my food to find out they changed their mashed potatoes and there coleslaw. Iwill never go back again. Read more
Never had a bad or messed up order. Food is always Hot and service is great.
We waited 20 min just to pay for our food, and an additional 10 just for the food. The biscuit was doughy, and you forgot the... honey???? Read more
Worst KFC I've ever been in. Chicken tenders were far from tender. More like rubber. French fries nasty. Not alot for the... price. Bathrooms floor was greasey and lobby floor slick with grease. Definitely needs maintained. Ceiling falling in withwater spots all over. Read more
I went Friday and ordered online. They forgot 16 items. I went back after work to finally get my meal only to be told the cook... couldn't be bothered to show up. I went back and they were confused, and didn't have any honey mustard. They also didn't give meany honey for my biscuits. I called and the lady scoffed and sighed at me and said they don't put honey in the bag (they didfriday). Went back on 7/22 and placed a pickup order. They told me to come inside and get it. I got inside and they realizedthey gave my order away. I dont have enough time for a lunch break with these holdups. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here. Read more
So very disappointed in this location. It's not been the food, but the service. The drive-thru attendant was very short, and... unkind. When I asked for her help because we were new to the app, she told me to get out of the line (there was nobody else inline), and complete my order on the app. It took us about 7 minutes to complete our order, then sat there until the time was upfor us to pick it up. When we drove back through the drive-thru to pick our order up (btw...there were no cars at thedrive-thru during this entire time), she handed us the order, and said that she was doing us a favor, but the next time we haveto go inside to pick our order up. I was polite about it, thanked her, and she just shut the window on me. I realize thattimes are tough, but come on. Please put these kinds of attitudes in the kitchen...away from the public. She is a real goodway to lose business. I only wish I would have gotten her name! Read more
Was slightly annoyed by the the length of the visit and that they were out of original recipe half way into my order but they... hooked it up with a free chocolate cake and friendliness. Overall I am very satisfied with my visit. Next time though, DONTSKIMP ON MY HONEY PACKETS! Lol :-P Read more
DO NOT recommend. Was told to pull over and waited almost 30 minutes for just two sandwiches and fries. While three other cars... behind me were given their order first. We got our food and it was just disgusting. The sandwich?s were almost rubber like andthe fries tasted like straight trash. Never wasting my time there again. Read more
