We ordered our pizza online we ordered 3 pizzas 2 pizzas were in the same box one was Cheese one was pepperoni have they never... heard of cross contamination. We have people here who can't have pepperoni. I called the store asked to speak to the managerthey said they were busy that was why the pizza was not up to basic standard I explained we don't have time to bring it back inshe said that was the only way they were going to deal with the situation we have kids going out to do stuff already runningbehind pre ordered to make sure everything was done right had plenty of time to make sure the order was correct. This isn't thefirst time we have had several issues with this location. We're done coming there until Steve the owner deals with this yourstore is getting out of hand! You should never send out 2 different pizzas in the same box! Let alone a dry over cooked pizza! Ididn't spend $40 on pizza to have to come back and get it fixed. Read more
Friday October 21 at 12pm. We ordered ahead and they forgot part of our order so we went back in. Older lady working front desk... was extremely slowwwww, very delayed reactions, horrible customer service and she barely spoke?! She should not have been put upthere by whoever thought that was a good idea. It would have been a nice and normal experience if she wouldn?t have been sounpleasant ???? Read more
I was with someone and she called in a order and they said it would be 30 minutes wait so we was about half way back from... Fremont on 120 so we would be there on time so we got there and waited about another hour and then she was told that they didn'tno anything thing about order so we didn't get it and went somewhere else. That was my bad experience there for that alone iwould rate them 0-1 Read more
I have ordered large amounts of pizza for parties, volunteer groups, sports functions, multiple events. This particular Little... Caesars always is timely and pizza is prepared well. I do appreciate this level of reliability and consistency when planningevents. I have not had the same experience at other Little Caesars so I am grateful we live by this one. Read more
Meh, if you order ahead it's decent. Have a pizza cutter handy because they struggle to get it cut all the way thru most times.... For cheap pizza hard to complain but price keeps going up, so it's less cheap and quality is going down. Usually pretty goodservice overall though. Read more
The food has gotten a lot better here. I would not eat the pizza for a long time It appears to be fresher and it is not sitting... in those warmers forever. I was very impressed. Keep up the good job. Read more
The older cashier at the store named Mickenzie H first of all doesn't even know what she's selling, we asked for a veggie Pizza... and she did not know what it was, she rang up a cheese pizza with a bunch of toppings including mushrooms which we paid for andnever got. My 11 year old son can make better pizzas than what she did. She was rude and wanted to get us out the door to closethe store. We placed our order an hour before closing time, she had enough time to do a decent job. Sorry but I will not buypizza here again. Read more
Decided it was best to leave a few comments on why I rated 3 stars. To start, pizza is almost always as thin as a piece of... cardboard, as if they intend to make it the width of a pice of paper before cooking it. Amounts to little to now bread underyour cheese and sauce. Just greasy cardboard bread. Secondly, when a customer calls with a order change or ask in person at thecounter to make a small adjustment to the order, let's say something as little as adding extra butter and parmesan cheese on thecrazy bread, it almost never gets communicated down the line which results in disgruntled customers and extended, uncompensatedwait times. Honestly if you're in a rush it's fine but if your want quality pizza go elsewhere. Read more
