We stopped to pick up someone else's order. Manager: I suggest you help with orders, not unloading a truck or carrying in... supplies. You had 3 workers doing that. I haven't been to Sturgis in 3 months for messing up my order I order a burger and large fries. I get a bun and a small fries 9... dollars down the drain once again nobody picks up the phone. I had my boss get a bun with bacon supposed to be a double baconcheeseburger when he door dashed a week ago at work. Along with that terrible customer service I used to be a general managerfor Wendy's. The food was good and was brought out to us into the play area so that was a nice bonus. The disadvantage my son was ready to... leave once he got into the play place. Why? Because his socks stuck to the equipment. It was so GREASEY and disgusting on theequipment. It needs cleaned again since they opened the play area. We now if we ever come to get more food, will get it to goand play at a local park that has equipment socks or shoes don't stick to when walking. I came in in the morning and had a pleasant time and came back in the afternoon did a mobile order parked in number 6 and waited... for over an hour and a half then when I went into the restaurant to find out where my order was they couldn't find my order andbecause it couldn't find my order then they just stopped helping me until other management came to work they still could notfind my order they did make my three sandwiches in my fry but offered nothing for any of the time that we spent sitting in therunning car not even so much as a cookie for each child (there was only two) Read more

Worst experience at a McDonald's so far. I know it's normal for them to mess up an order in some way, but this was bad. I asked... for a Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich with no pickles, and they give me a cheeseburger with extra cheese and no pickles (they gotthat part right). Couldn't even give me the same type of sandwich. AND, their fries were waaaay undercooked. I mean, therewasn't even a golden haze any where on them. They were still RAW! Asked for 2 mcdoubles too. Those were supposed to have theextra cheese on it. The only McDonald's with any standards is the one in Battle Creek. All the other ones mess up the orderhorribly.
