I'm not sure how I didn't realize the last few years that this Pizza Hut wasn't open for dine in due to staff shortage but be... aware that it isn't. That being said we ordered for pickup as we're too far for delivery and service was timely and friendly.Actually I had a little drama on my end with the payment and they were so kind as to give us a free 2 liter for our trouble. Still locked down not sure why pain in the butt to order. No one answers so get transferred to a call center broken English... person can?t hardly hear them nor understand them. Delivery driver was cool he broke my 50.00 bill so I couple pay for my order. Read more
Poor service. I order $80 worth everytime and now say they won't deliver to my house 3.9 miles away. Manager was rude and... condescending. Last time I order from them. Cottage Inn is much better, much more pleasant to deal with, and happy todeliver. It gets better. They forgot to put the marinara in with the breadsticks, which is included. I will NEVER return to this pizza hut ever again with the experience I received this afternoon! Our order was totally WRONG.... Paid extra for extra topping and guess what we didn't get. The extra toppings. This isn't the first time either.. I called tospeak with a manager the first girl refused to let me speak to a manager because they were to busy. Okay understandable. I callback and spoke with a very nice girl she let me speak with the manager. As soon as the manager picked up the phone he was sorude i knew this wasn't going to be good. He then tells me I MUST bring my pizza back before we can get anything else remadewhile SCREAMING at me. It's been 30 mins since I picked up my order and I'm just now speaking to a manager. I ordered an Edge Ultimate pizza on line with extra mushrooms and black olives (extra charge) to be delivered for our card group... for 6/16/22. When it arrived and delivery already had left and someone had opened it, it was an edge pizza with only mushroomsand black olives, no ultimate items on it. The next day I contacted corporate who said the Sturgis store would contact me within3 days. 10 days later, no contact. Second complaint filed. Corporate assured me Sturgis management would contact me within threedays. 10 days later today, and zero contact. Told corporate, these reviews are my response. I have NEVER had a less responsiveexperience with a specific business in my 72 years on earth. This store franchise should simply cease to exist. My friends and Iwill NEVER use this store again. PIZZAHUT MANAGER NEED A NEW GIG. Chick on the phone, she was very sweet, verified with her manager that they will absolutely NOT... deliver to the Holiday Inn Express 2.8 miles from the store. I was temporarily disappointed until I checked the reviews herein.Likely dodged a silver bullet. Read more
I ordered pizza at 10:59 during 10/17/20. I guess they were in such a rush that they forgot about customer quality and service.... I honestly would expect better from Pizza Hut since they've been in Sturgis for the longest time. Nothing but disappointment anddistrust from this company. I honestly believe this is one of the worst stores. Trust me I've been to KFC and this is worst thanthat. Fix this. I guess other stores can out pizza the hut. Disappointed once again. Read more
The items that we wanted were not available. So we got the other pasta dishes and they had enough sauce on them for a huge... family size. Pizza was cold so we put that back in our own oven. Read more
