The employees working on Saturday 8/6 on the closing shift did a great job handling the busy line and getting the order correct.
The cashier Mindy M was rude with an attitude as if I was bothering her by even being there. When I tried to order the toasted... cheddar chalupa, she said it was no longer available. When I suggested that they might want to take the sign down off of themenu, she said it will probably take them a year to take it down, so what else would I like. When I was done placing my ordershe asked me if I would like a receipt, I said no, then she just walked away with me standing there. A few seconds later myreceipt printed, so I grabbed it. When my order came up it was confusing to me, because it was in a bag. Then someone yelled atme, from behind the counter, it's because of Covid, which I said made no sense, and went to find a place to sit down andeat. All the tables were dirty, so I tried to find the least dirty one. I tried the new Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco, and theteeny tiny piece of chicken that barely covered half of the soft taco shell, was half breaded and half not, and the taste washorrible. Needless to say, this is why I haven't been to this Taco Bell this year. I guess they still haven't learned how totreat customers with respect. Read more
Fast service and food is always as ordered these employees are deserve every bit of their pay check and some minimum wage at $15... an hour isn?t bad when you get these kind of employees and if they are paid more kudos to Taco Bell for recognizing good effortand not entitlement! Read more
