Dining area was clean but the kitchen and counters were not. It was actually quite gross to think they serve food there. No ice.... Strawberry frosty machine didn't work (looked the same as 2 months ago when it was broken). The front counter kid was a littleslower but ensured we had all of our food and packed neatly. Our food was all cold, fries soggy. Overall nasty experience.Nothing like our visit to the Three Rivers location which was an all around 5 star! Read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible customer service, the employee taking our order was under the influence... of something, it was very evident. No other customers were there and we still had to wait over 20 minutes for a burger and itwas completely cold when they handed it over. There were multiple other issues but I wouldn't have the time to list everything. I have never ever left a poor review for anything but the service and food were so unbelievably terrible that I feel it's onlyright to say something and maybe management can look into the quality of work, employees and food they offer. Took 5 minutes for them to take our order and then another 5-10 to get our food and it was wrong. Asked for a refund for all the... hassle on only one sandwich and they wouldn?t. Place is filthy, no gloves worn needless to say I did not eat. Very rude peopletoo. And they want $15 an hour? Lol yeah right. Read more
