Not impressed with the service there! Waited almost an hour for our food, not to mention when they finally brought our food,... they asked if we needed anything else, I responded with yea the two appetizers we ordered, waitress looked shocked and then saidshoot be right back, brought one of the appetizers and apologized stating the reasoning behind while we didn't receive thembecause they made them and gave them to someone else they thought...I was extremely upset not to mention they said they woulddiscount the one appetizer and not charge me, go to cash out and tried charging me for the appetizer I never did receive...Icould understand they if they were busy but they were not, and as we were pulling out of parking like 3 of the staff membersjust sitting outside smoking and chit chatting on phones...so needless to say first impressions lasting will not be going back! Party of three at 11:40. Waited to be seated in an empty resturant. Those that came after us left as no one was was available to... seat or wait on customers. We waited it out as I had my elderly mother with me. Food was typical bar food. Would not go again.All the staff seemed to be hanging out in the kichen which is where I found them so we could place an order. Read more
Yes Yes Yes!!!!!! The atmosphere is relaxed but not boring. Felt very comfortable just talking casually at our table. Didn't... have to scream at each other, which was so nice. And KARRSON!!! Dude totally came out exceeded my expectations for service!!Went above and beyond for a special request. Appreciated beyond measure. The manager was nice too. Will be a returningcustomer. Food was good waitress was very nice very friendly Cincy on her salad especially when you pay $11.99 for it had chicken and... stuff but it's not very much four people at the table said the same thing . Service is always great.... But my food really has never been that good. Today my chips were hard in my app and the fish and... chips meal..... Well probably better if it was off the menu completely and save you the inventory. Flavorless and dry. Read more
order was wrong and food was not so good. Ordered ahead and gave extra time to complete the order. The cheese sauce was?. well,... some kind of science experiment. The mild wings not so mild as they were plain as Jane and dry as the Sahara. Waste of $60 firstand last time! Read more
Great atmosphere! Plenty of TVs if your wanting to watch a game. The food has been very good, and the kitchen is quite fast. Not... a long wait for your order. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a brand new build in an old building and we'll kept. Read more
Food is ok. But we came to watch the Michigan./Ohio State game. It was on one small tv, couldn?t hear it. Asked that they tune... the bar PA to the game and they didn?t know how to do it. This is a sports bar for goodness sake. We planned to stay for thewhole game, but will be watching at home instead. It is a better atmosphere at our house instead of in this ?sports bar? Read more
