Stopped by the Sturgis store for a pizza, I had a coupon. The Manager, Matt was upfront with me and said it's going to be a... while. He had 18 pizzas ahead of me. I said that it was alright I'd stop by when I was back in town as I was headed to RapidCity. He suggested he would contact the Piedmont store and it would be ready by the time I got there. It all worked out justas it was meant to be, it was all due to the OUTSTANDING customer service and dedication to doing the right thing that Matt hasas a manager. Came here for a pizza but was disappointed with the quality.

I'm giving 5 stars because the pizza is awesome. But not happy that they are not serving the Papadia's at this location ????????... Also...had to order at the counter because their phone was "lost". I had been calling, trying to order for pick up. Anothercustomer said he had an open line for his 30 mile drive. He was trying to order on his way home from work. This one is pretty good. The gas station is newer and clean. They always have the pizzas ready if I call in an order.

Hand tossed crust is amazing and isn't caked in grease *cough dominoes and pizza hut *cough and the topping are always fresh.... Their garlic butter is amazing and they sell the best/most affordable buffalo wings of ANY place in town. Read more

This Papa John's inside a Mobile gas station can be convenient. But, have called in orders 3 or for times in advance, and every... time something is messed up. Might be something small that doesn't matter one time, like forgetting doping sauce orsomething....next time picked up 2 pizza's and both were wrong. Sit and wait for them to redo, defeats the purpose of callingahead. Read more
