I'm giving this a 2. based off night staff. A big white lady with glasses and gold or silver teeth thinks it's ok to. Make slick... comments around the corner. Lik how many cheeses does he need. When the issues was that my cheese cup I ordered has less thenhalf the cheese in it. And messed up my food and her excuses I gave u a extra sandwich which was my double split into two. Iguess it was real hard to make one double cheddar n roast beef. So they decide to give me a dry sandwich with no cheese on itsaying she gave me a extra sandwich ????. When all thy did was give me two singles. One with cheese and one without. I won'tcome back here at Night no longer til she is gone. Thank big Brenda or what ever her name is for losing you guys money over herrude mouth.. n disrespect for paying customers. Read more
Let me start off by saying, the food is delicious and the beef is not chewy one bit, so far, I recommend this place. However,... the service wasn't great. The guy was friendly though, no rudeness, they just forgot our drinks and a couple items, so we letthem know and they immediately fixed the mistake, which was good. So the service isn't bad at all, just the forgottenitems. Anyhow, the price is a little steep but it's not as expensive as chipotle. I don't mind paying $11 for a meal, I wouldjust like a little more bang for my buck e.g. 2 sides instead of 1, but anyway, the food is good quality and I'd say, is justabout worth the price. Came in today before the football game started wanting to get a pound or 2 of roast beef. Pulled up to the speaker and asked how... much a pound of roast beef is. The kid on the speaker started trying to answer my question, and this Karen of an employeepossibly manager sounding like she smokes 6 packs a day starts screaming on the speaker, We need 24 hours notice, 24 hours. Iwas like daaammmmnnnn Karen calm the hell down. I don’t think a pound of 2 will is going to take your whole stock. They’reis a way you handle and talk to people and she was just nasty. I feel bad for any employee that has to work with her. I guessyou don’t want my money. I Ended up doing 2 family size Chilis at Wendy’s instead. Unlike Karen @ Arby’s, Wendy’s has avery pleasant staff! (I don’t know Karin‘s real name, I never got it, but Karen fits her personality) For future reference,here’s some pointers on customer service. Went to try the new fish. They were out of tarter sauce & soda machine was out of CO2 so soda was flat. Heard from the manager... Kevin. What a nice person. We talked & everything is all fixed so I'm heading over! Read more
In the past I've been disappointed in this Arby's because of the service but at the moment they've got a good team. I ordered a... meal for my family and didn't have to wait more than 30 seconds to get my food. They were very friendly too.Good stuff. Thereason for the 4 stars is the price. We normally like this restaurant. This time they were a disappointment. The roast beef sandwiches were not very good. We... thought we would try the sweet potato fries and they were very dry and bland. It was almost like they were sitting out longerthan they should of been. We ended up throwing out one of the sandwiches and the sweet potato fries because they didn't tastevery good. Read more
Had a poor experience. I just arrived home after a +$50 purchace and they forgot the most expensive sandwhich in the bags, a... 12+ part of the order. To be fair the manager on staff offered a "make it right" meal which is the best she could do, but whenyou rarely visit a fast food place and they botch an order it usually means you won't come back.
