Nice friendly experience, food was fairly tasty too. Had a bit of a chain restaurant feel overall, but enjoyed the visit.

We had a terrible time. They have always stayed open til 10. Now all of a sudden they close at 8??? Then the man at the front as... soon as we walked in rolled his eyes and huffed. We were extremely rushed to get our order in all while being glared at by theman at the front desk. He crossed his arms and paced around our table making us very uncomfortable. He slammed the chairs aroundwhile setting up the table and just dropped all the menus of the table. He also just threw our silver in a big pile on thetable. He was extremely rude and creepy. We have never had this problem here and the restaurant was full so I don't see what theproblem was. Our waitress was pleasant and did a very good job. Everyone else was very nice. But closing at 8 pm on a Fridaynight just seems like you don't want to make money. They were also turning people away because the kitchen staff leaves at 8.Very bad business. My daughter said she didn't want to stay because the mean man made her feel bad. Nobody should be made tofeel like that. Read more

Family of 6. The place was very clean and great themed. No distracting noise to make it hard to hear each other. Wait staff was... prompt and kind. The food was fabulous. The smash burger, mushroom burger and chicken dumpling soup was superb. My extendedfamily told me of this location and it was spot on. Read more

Yum!! We visited for a late lunch, around 1:00. Zero wait and for some odd reason it was pretty empty for a Friday afternoon... lunch. No matter, just means we didn't have to wait for anything. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our food arrived timelyand was fresh and hot. A real bonus, those window seats looking at the fountain or little pond outside make for a really nicedining experience. I ordered a Wisconsin Harvest Wrap and added grilled chicken. Oh wow it was good! It had dried cranberries,fresh apples, red onions, toasted walnuts and Bleu Cheese on it. It was verrrrrrrry good. My son had a Charcoal Burger. It'sBBQ sauce, bacon strips and cheddar cheese topped with onion strings, he was definitely not disappointed. ???? My favorite timeof menu in Wisconsin is when they start offering sweet potato fries. Charcoal Grill did not leave my taste buds angry. Thefries were scrumptious (do people still say that ??????? ????? I'm rolling with it, thank you Julie Andrews).
