Really good food, beats most of the other Culver's anywhere. I've had the same thing at both places and this one is probably one... of the best. The food is usually cooked very well and even the new items to be crispy outside and tender inside! It does explaina lot, they're usually very busy but very timely!! Read more
My wife and I stopped here Wednesday night, shortly before closing time, and got 2 double burgers to-go. Mine was seriously... undercooked and partly raw. My wife's was also undercooked, though not as bad as mine. This is painfully ironic, as Iexperienced something similar from a different restaurant chain recently. Regardless of that, I was a fool for giving Culver'smore chances. Starting in February 2020, I experienced this four(!) times at Culver's. This is the second one at this specificlocation. I think there is a systemic problem evident - if it's near closing time or the restaurant is very busy (or both),there's a high likelihood of receiving something that's nowhere near fully cooked. Having nearly died from suspected foodpoisoning when I was younger, foodborne illness shouldn't be taken lightly. Take the time to cook your customer's food. Read more

The service staff was very friendly and motivated to help out. They encouraged us to fill out the survey online to get a free... custard scoop, and one staff member mentioned they get a little bonus for each survey completed with their name associated tothe survey. It's nice that they get something. The food is delicious, fresh, and quick like at most other Culver's. This one wasquite busy as most of the seats were taken up and there was a bit of a line to order. Luckily, they had tables outside, and thecashier's and wait staff are speedy.
