Walked in and saw that only one person was working. I wanted to try and make it easier for him, so instead of asking for two,... six inch sandwiches, I asked for one foot long. I asked for jalapeños on the side, since I don't enjoy them but the person Iwas sharing the sandwich did. He said he would put them on the side of the sandwich. I pointed to some 2 oz cups behind him andasked him if he could use those, since other locations of Subway had used them before to put jalapeños in. He replied withsomething along the lines of no, because we need to save money and placed the jalapeños on the side of the sandwich. The restof the time while I was ordering drinks and chips he was muttering under his breath. Not the best service that day, honestlywould have gone to a different food place of I had known that would happen. Read more
Ordered online 8/23/22. Order was confirmed and I was charged. When we arrived the place was closed.. no signs up nothing. I... have since called multiple times and the phone is disconnected. Still waiting for our refund.. Read more
Store front was clean and the service was friendly and attentive. The food in the tubs looked fresh and our sandwiches were as... expected. The women's room could use a cleaning though. It wasn't awful, but needed a going over. Read more
This location does NOT deserve 1 star. The employee was either high or intoxicated. We had to repeat/explain several times our... order. Did not know what yellow mustard or ranch vs mayo was!! In conversation he made a anti American slur. Bathrooms werefilthy. Had to look for a clean table. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. Read more
I'm giving specifically the man working today at noon 5 stars, but I'm taking one star way from the establishment because they... are not appropriately staffed. This poor man was working alone during a lunch rush hour. More and more customers were coming inand he was the only one working. He was continuously calling his management over the phone for help. He did a great job and therestaurant was clean. I will only be back because of this man and his wonderful customer service. Unfortunately I did not gethis name. Read more
Ordered food via app an hour before pickup. Went to store and the shelf for food ordered ahead of time was empty. Stood in line... and waited 5-10 minutes for customers to clear out of line. Asked where my order was and the sole worker was holding it behindthe counter for no apparent reason. Drinks were missing from the order (they were out of stock) but the order was well made. Really wish Subway owners understood that customers who order ahead of time don't want to wait 5-10 minutes once we arrive forthe order. Customers have thought enough to order ahead of time and may have pressing engagements elsewhere. Wont' be returningto this particular Subway. Read more
Noone at front counter, only 3 people in line. Took 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches, the guy was just walking along. Customer... service absolutely horrible, no bag when sandwiches were done just a "here you go". Barely put any condiments on the sandwicheven after asking for extra to make it look like there was a sandwich. Didn't even cut our sandwiches either. Read more
I stop at this Subway occasionally. They were very friendly. My only negative was my sandwich was pretty skimpy. Seemed there... was less on it than I'm used to seeing. Read more
