This place is awful. Food is always cold and my order is always wrong. Paid for double whopper no cheese. It was a single with... cheese. This has happened time and time again. But because I am on my lunch brake I havent the time to go back around. I call,but nobody answeres the phone. Franky and bluntly THEY SUCK. Owners/management there certainly are criminals charging forspoiled food. Absolutely horrible. Will NEVER go back to this location or maybe even burger king all together. Read more

Worst customer service ever. ordered my sandwich over the app and when I went for pick up they said we didn?t find it and nobody... can help even when I showed them the receipt and the order number on the app and when I asked to talk to the manager they calledhim/her and didn?t do anything to help. This place is awful. Food is always cold and my order is always wrong. I make the mistake of stopping at this location about... once every two months. Each time I'm reminded why I'd rather go out of my way to the BK in Denville. The woman that took myorder today couldn't even speak English then got mad at me because she was frustrated. Why are you working the drive thru inAmerica if you can't even speak English? Needless to say I won't be using this location again and recommend everyone else do thesame. Read more
