Worst service I have received in this area. 2 deli sandwiches came out quickly and correctly. Or hot sandwich and hot bowl took... 23 minutes too make with the employee asking multiple times what we ordered even though they wrote it down. Both items wherestill wrong. It is a Friday evening at 7pm and only now at thethey putting out the chips. The deli employees are just talkingand not doing anything other than the bare minimum. Lastly the place is dirty. If there was a zero rating for this staff I'd use it. We were having a little party yesterday and decided to call Jersey Mike's... in Succasunna for a box of sandwiches. Well, I called. And I called again. And again. Nobody picks up the phone. I checkedto make sure that the phone number was correct (although we've called them several time before with no problems) before callingagain. Not even the B team works here. The concept of ordering online an picking up your food when it is ready is not one that this... place grasps. I made my order online and waited 10 minutes longer before going to get my family?s dinner. Not only was my ordernot ready I had to wait over 30 minutes and watch the most inept staff wait on the walk in customers. I certainly will nevergive them my patronage again. Read more
Every time I order online through the Jersey Mike?s app, my sandwich gets messed up. They ALWAYS get the bread wrong and forget... to add peppers. I wanted the parm bread. Very disappointing. Read more
First time in the area, and first time at a Jersey Mike's. I ordered a number 4 (Which was very good!) and specified for it to... be gluten-free due to an allergy. They changed gloves, and put a gluten free Udi's roll down on a separate cutting board. Foodwas good, at a fair price with a lot of options. Would recommend! Read more
You cannot call this store to place an order. It is beyond frustrating when trying to grab a sandwich when we're busy. We came... here about 2 weeks ago, tried calling, didn't get through. My fiance went inside to order. It took about 10 minutes as there wasa line. She mentioned to the guy that she tried calling but couldn't get through. The guy said that the phone doesn't work.Great... It appears as though I'm not the first person bringing this up in a review. Management - fix the phone.
