The new 2nd ordering station has really messed them up in pickup. I use the app and it gets confirmed at the ordering tower.... Twice now it's been a nightmare. The 1st time it took almost 5 minutes to bring it to the window and then it was the wrongorder. The 2nd time I handed them my receipt and it still took 3 minutes to get me my food.
