This location is terrible. I had a late night order picked up the other day. Some value items and a Chalupa Supreme as the... "Main" dish. A bunch of hot sauces selected to go with each taco. Total of 7 items not including the sauces. I had made surethe driver confirmed with the person that handed the bag that it contained 7 items which they indicated it did. One mistakewould be that the driver didn't look herself but I honestly don't expect her to really do that. At least confirm with the tacobell associate the correct amount of items. Once it arrived, I was missing the Chalupa and all the hot sauce. I sent acomplaint about the order to taco bell themselves and heard back nothing from them. Horrible company and this one would be ahorrible restaurant in my opinion. I know it's only 4.50 but that was the most expensive item of the order and it was forgotten.Will never order here again and possibly from Taco Bell period, since they decided to stay silent on my complaint. Very Rude! No Customer skills at all! I see delivery drivers come in and they ignore them as well and say they dont have there... order. Bad management all over and employees need to be more polite! Read more
They are rude, I was waiting to place an order and being patient no one acknowledged me or the father and son behind me. After... waiting a while, the person working the drive thru finally said ?do you guys mind using the kiosk??. Up until then no staff hadacknowledged us. I know they are kids but the lack of acknowledgment or even eye contact was really rude. Read more
I came in at approximately 9:00 PM today, September 8th. I was having an issue with the app. I mobile ordered and was... immediately charged but never received my confirmation email and the order had not gone through to the restaurant. What the applacked was more than made up by the wonderful staff here. They were very thorough not to mention so quick as could be to resolvemy issue in a way where I didn?t have to be charged twice for my meal or call Taco Bell to get a refund! Plus my potatoes werepiping hot ????. Experiences like this matter. Thank you to all the people here who took the extra steps to make sure I had anexcellent meal. I?ll definitely be back. Read more
Walked in because the drive through was packed. Waited at the counter for an employee to help me. Only to be told that if I... needed to order I had to order at a kiosk. I was surrounded by employees who could have taken my order but chose to differ me tothe kiosk. It sucks because this is the only taco bell nearby. Read more
What can I say about my love for Taco bell.....well they are awesome and I know it is not authentic Mexican food but NACHO... FRIES!!! I get elated every time these crispy, seasoned beauties are back on the menu. Plus the staff over in Roxbury are alwaysfriendly and happy! So shout out to them!!
