I ordered a smoothie and it was disgusting! I've had smoothies here before and they have all been great. I brought it back to... kindly let them know that something was off, it was almost like old freezer burned fruit. I suggested that and she wouldn't takemy feedback or offer to adjust or anything. They really pack the bowl full of veg - to the point it's impossible to eat out of. They should consider larger containers, as... opening is messy and trying to combine the ingredient thoroughly so you're not just left with romaine leaves at the end ismessier. If changing the packaging is not an option, layer the toppings in the romaine and lettuce because it's too messy forcustomer to mix. They also give the smallest amount of chicken/animal protien source. Overpriced for a bowl of vegetables and acouple mouthfuls of chicken. It may as well be vegan. Read more

I went to order a Bali bowl for myself and a kid's combo for my daughter, and instead I was given a Peru bowl with sweet potato... and told they don't have a grill in their kitchen to make the grilled cheese sandwich for the kid's combo. Extremelydisappointed, my first and last time eating here. The cashier never smiled, constantly giving an "I hate my job and all of youpeople" facial expression! Read more
I got the pesto salad, fruit and chicken wrap. The pesto salad was delicious! the fruit was fresh and the wrap was tasty. I got... all this in a bottle of water for 12 bucks it's a nice healthy option for me because I'm pregnant. I'd recommend to anybody whowants to eat a little healthier. I've read a lot about the customer service on here, I don't know if it's the old owners orwhat? I noticed that the owners that own the Thai place own cultures as well. I eat there often and although I really enjoy their food, i do not enjoy the service as the people who serve me are always... miserable, they never smile and they seem very harsh with their customers. I have worked in the customer service for a longtime and this is not good customer service. I understand being busy, but smiling and being pleasant to your customers is notdifficult to do. Remember that word of mouth is very powerful, and I will definitely be sharing my last 3 experiences atcultures with people. At this point, i will have to find a new place to enjoy healthy food. For a $20 chicken Caesar salad (no bacon), it only had lettuce, cheap chicken, and sauce. No croutons or red onion.
