Spent the night in Sudbury last night, and didn't feel like going out. After a Google search, we decided to order a small BBQ... chicken and a small vegetarian pizza from Great Lakes, and had it delivered to our hotel room. We also wanted a salad to share,but due to the lettuce shortage, that wasn't possible. After sampling both pizzas, we came to the conclusion that these 2 littlepizzas were probably the best ones we've ever had! The toppings and crust were on point! Have been ordering here more lately. The Deluxe is a decent pizza and priced right. Meatball subs are excellent. The quality... has been consistent. Toppings are fresh. Lunch time slices are always plentiful and affordable. Overall we have a veryfavorable opinion of Great Lakes Pizza. Read more

We ordered 14 XL pizzas as a late night snack for a wedding recently. Pizzas arrived on time and orders were accurate. The pizza... was also delicious and we had a lot of compliments from our guests about it. Will come back to Great Lakes Pizza next time I'mback in Sudbury. On a road trip, stopped for a sleep over in Sudbury, last night about 7:30...from MB we were looking for a diff spot to eat, so... thought we'd try this unfamiliar pizza place... We ordered two medium pizza's with 2 toppings on each, and cheese sticks. Wegot the pizzas in the 15 min, and when I asked for the bread sticks.. The tall young man who had taken my order said, SORRY, itwas his fault but he hadn't made them, and started them while the pizzas got cold.... Sitting there I read a sign saying theirspecial was 2 Med pizzas with up to six toppings for 26.99, and I had paid over 29$ plus tax, so I questioned the same young manabout that.... He said.... SORRY! I didn't even think about that! So, I asked him to adjust my bill and he said, SORRY I can'tdo a refund! My 90year old parents ordered a pizza as they regularly do from the regent street location on Saturday night and had it... delivered Pizza ordered was a pepperoni bacon onions and cheese. Pizza delivered was a pepperoni, sausage green peppers baconmushrooms. It was so soggy and falling apart it was basically inedible. We returned to the store the next day with the entirepizza minus a slice . I was greeted by a young employee who was incredibly rude. Admitted they make mistakes on busy nights andit simply wasn?t their problem. I said we always order pizzas and they are good but this was the wrong pizza, and it was so wetfrom over toppings the doe was raw. He was rude and said ?not our problem, we are just employees? they started to take photos ofthe bottom of the pizza saying sorry not our problem. He suggested my 90 year old parents should have brought it back. Theydon?t drive i told him. Again not his problem. So I asked for his name, managers name and head office as I was filing acomplaint, rudely he said he wasn't giving us his name and there is no head office and he didn?t care as they are just employeesno managers So they took the entire pizza back and said your problem not ours. And I could leave nothing will Be done aboutit Worst service, rudest employees. Terrible, I ordered 20 wings, at 11.95 each, which come to $23.90, also asked for a salad which they failed to tell me they... don?t carry at the moment, so for 2 orders of 10 wings came to $27(something) and I thought my salad was included, total was 31$(something) gave a 4.00$ tip, was only given my 20 wings, no salad, so I payed $35 for 20 wings, shame on you Great Lakes Pizzaon Regent Street Sudbury Ontario, I will no longer order from you and I will spread the word, shame shame on you Read more
