Nothing wrong with the staff, its the owner. Not nice at all and 0 people skills. Never too late to learn a new skill. Nothing... worng with not liking people, but when you're in this industry, you HAVE to have people skills. Also don't bring your kidshere, yes they have a kids menu, but he's not kid friendly. Overall a solid choice for light French and steak type cuisine. Not the best I've ever had but decent food that is slightly... overpriced. Meat was unevenly cooked which was a bummer for a 60$ steak. Customer service was excellent but slow. Read more

First visit to Mr Prime Rib and was very impressed! Staff was quite welcoming, friendly and attentive. Food was superb! The... prime rib was deliciouly tender and moist. We also tried the Diablo burger which was amazingly tasty. Pricing matches thequality of ingredients. Will definitely be putting this restaurant at the top of our favorites list. Disappointing experience - Food was not worth the price, potatoes were lukewarm, meat was very bloody - was left a drenched... plate after cutting the meat. Shrimp was very tasty and the waitress was nice, manager on duty seem to have a chip on hisshoulder - didn’t walk anyone to their tables just pointed. Delighted to find Mr Prime Rib on our recent trip to Sudbury. Fine dining quality food in a relaxed setting and friendly... service. You can tell the restaurant is run by a family who take a lot of pride in what they do. The French onion soup is amongthe best I have had anywhere (I order it anywhere I can find it and this soup is something I’d come back to Sudbury for!). Theprime rib and beef ribs were also excellent. We will definitely be back. And will make sure we make reservations early! My partner and I went recently went to Mr. Prime Rib for the first time. The first problem I had was choosing something from the... menu! Everything was appealing. My partner started with the dry ribs, and oh my gosh! Amazing. The best ribs we’ve ever had.They were crispy, nicely seasoned and so tender. For my main, I ended up trying the fall penne pasta (from the temporary fallmenu)- it was the best pasta I’ve ever had. My partner got a steak and shrimp, which he said was great. The steak was a littlefatty - but gentleman that checked us out (The owner, I think) was so gracious and was insistent we should have told them sothey could fix it. Usually, we’re too embarrassed/shy to complain but we felt like they actually cared and it was no bother tothem as long as we were happy. But honestly, it wasn’t really a complaint because everything was so delicious. Also, Kathyserved us and she was just the sweetest and most polite. The atmosphere was great, no loud music or TV’s to distract you. Therestaurant and bathroom were very clean. Honestly, I don’t know how we’ve not been here before. But we will definitely bechoosing this restaurant over the keg, or any other restaurant for a nice dinner. Read more
