Whoever the hostess is answering phones is very unprofessional and rude tonight. I called to confirm an online order, and... apparently their website no longer accepts it, even though it lets you submit an order? She mentioned it was busy, which is finebut I advised her to fix the website noting they no longer accept orders here and while speaking with her, she starts shoutingat a server while I?m talking to her on the line, cutting me off? I don?t care how busy an establishment is, the service tonightwas disgusting and we order from here weekly. Not anymore. Read more

Went to eat for lunch today, was great food but waittress was less than hospitable....her thumb was in the food when she served... it, and we sat for 40 minutes and had to ask for us to be served before she brought our food...ten minutes later....waitresswore a small skirt and kept pulling it down before she could wash her hands and serve food...she stayed close to the bar and ourfood was lukewarm...probably will not return for a lunch as we were late to return to work due to the long time to be served Read more

Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. I am so beyond disappointed and frustrated with the service we received, a table... of 3. Took 15 minutes to even get menus, an extra 30 minutes to get our drinks, and another extra 15 minutes to even get 1 ofthe 3 simple glasses of water we asked for. We never ended up getting the other 2 glasses. Our waitress then disappeared for atleast another 45 minutes. I understand and am always very sympathetic to staff shortage, but 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting,without even being asked what we wanted to order, is beyond stupid. We didn?t even bother ordering food because we knew the waittime for food would have been even longer than drinks. Despite asking for one bill with 4 beverages in total, the waitressbrought our 3 individual bills, and then gave us attitude when we stated that we asked for 1 bill. The service was absolutelyhorrendous. Despite there being lots of things I want to try on the menu, I can?t see myself going back for a long time, ifever. Food good, service good. Hotter then hades in there. No air conditioning, customers all saying too hot. Poor servers all... looked sweaty. I can imagine the kitchen staff baking their butts off. Would have stayed longer but left after meal to gosomewhere else for deserts and drinks. Again service and food was good. Read more

Food is fresh off the grill nothing microwaved. Service is great. Has live entertainment and a large patio. Recommend this place... any day of the week as they also have daily specials. Read more

We were seated by our server who brought us drinks and a menu and then we never saw her again . 25 mins later we had to go into... the bar and ask for another round and to order food from the bar tender. After our food came we had to go and find our ketchup ,salt and pepper off another table. I honestly have no idea why the service was like this , we were nothing but nice . Ordered the chicken club tasted excellent. Was expecting a sandwich came on a burger bun but I guess that's ok. My wife ordered... the taco salad it was huge tasted amazing but not humanly possible to eat in one sitting. All in all great atmosphere and greatservice, we had a nice time. Read more
