If the product wasn?t so good, I?d never come here. The front end staff has absolutely the worst customer service and are not... personable AT ALL - they don?t listen when you place an order or ask questions if they don?t understand what you?re ordering,and there is clear favouritism if there is a regular that is in. I?d give zero stars for front end and 5 for the product. Read more
The only complaint I have is with the quantity of ice in the cold drinks. You really don't end up with very much to drink. That... being said, the baked goods and sandwiches are absolutely fantastic. You could drop this business in the middle of Paris andthere would be no wont for quality. We stop in whenever we're in the south end. Read more

Can you say buttery?! Their pastries are incredibly delicious and buttery. They basically melt in your mouth. Not to mention the... size of these croissants! Their coffees and lattes have a great aroma! Their Reuben and Ham & Gruyère sandwiches were warm anddecent though not as tasty as I had hoped, without too much flavour aside from that of the bread and pastries themselves.Overall, pretty nice caffè!
