Was just there to order lunch for my hubby and I. The worker whom served, me was extremely,rude. She got an attitude,because I... asked for extra meat and cheese on one pita. She continued with bad attitude, Huff's, sighs, eye rolling ,while asking what Iwanted on the pitas, she never gave me the water or chips I asked for the two combos ,so I asked her go worker for them. I evenfound the manner she spoke to her coworker rude. I asked her coworker her name. I was told it was "Josee". As someone who has10+ years working in food service industry, this type of service is uncalled for, if you can't handle the busy lunch rush ofworking in a fast food outlet you should consider another job. I have been a customer at the Lasalle Pita Pit location since the early 2010s, but due to recent experiences I can no longer go... there. Don?t get me wrong the food has always been great and delicious, but what left a foul taste in mouth was the servicefrom one particular employee who works there. It?s very disappointing that this person didn?t look like they wanted to be thereas the facility has always been a great place to be and work? and according to the overwhelming amount of similar reviews, myopinion seems to be the same with many others. As someone who worked in the food industry, service is everything. It?s whatleads to great customer feedback and a great product. I hope the Lasalle location turns things around, but until then I will betaking my money to the Kingsway and Val Caron locations. Read more
Absolutely disappointed, every single time I visit the LaSalle location the customer service is beyond disgusting. I watched the... worker wear the same gloves when touching raw meat, vegetables then fruit then handle change. This does not meet the Ontariofood handlers guide. If you do not like your job simply don?t work there. Read more
