Was just there to order lunch for my hubby and I. The worker whom served, me was extremely,rude. She got an attitude,because I... asked for extra meat and cheese on one pita. She continued with bad attitude, Huff's, sighs, eye rolling ,while asking what Iwanted on the pitas, she never gave me the water or chips I asked for the two combos ,so I asked her go worker for them. I evenfound the manner she spoke to her coworker rude. I asked her coworker her name. I was told it was "Josee". As someone who has10+ years working in food service industry, this type of service is uncalled for, if you can't handle the busy lunch rush ofworking in a fast food outlet you should consider another job. Everything i go to this pita pit i somehow get the same employee with a rude and disrespectful attitude, me and the other... customers were stunned by how we were being spoken to and treated. I now try to avoid this location because of this. Read more
I have been a customer at the Lasalle Pita Pit location since the early 2010s, but due to recent experiences I can no longer go... there. Don?t get me wrong the food has always been great and delicious, but what left a foul taste in mouth was the servicefrom one particular employee who works there. It?s very disappointing that this person didn?t look like they wanted to be thereas the facility has always been a great place to be and work? and according to the overwhelming amount of similar reviews, myopinion seems to be the same with many others. As someone who worked in the food industry, service is everything. It?s whatleads to great customer feedback and a great product. I hope the Lasalle location turns things around, but until then I will betaking my money to the Kingsway and Val Caron locations. Read more
Absolutely disappointed, every single time I visit the LaSalle location the customer service is beyond disgusting. I watched the... worker wear the same gloves when touching raw meat, vegetables then fruit then handle change. This does not meet the Ontariofood handlers guide. If you do not like your job simply don?t work there. Read more

Amazing. I don?t know the name of the absolute heaven sent angle that was working there when I came in at ten minutes to close.... I had gone to three different pita pits and each had been closed until I finally I came to this one. Sir I don?t know you but Ihope that you get everything you ever hope for in life. Read more
I just want to say something about the comments on here . Well i agree to all the comments on here bc i work for fast food... restaurants (Tim hortons) for 8 1/2 years n i know how hard it is to keep everything n everyone happy at the same time but whenit comes to customers and employees trust me been there n done that n believe me when i say this when i go to others fast foodrestaurants oh man i want to say a lot i could point out (wrong mistakes) to employees who doesn?t want to work or todisrespectful work places or customers?.believe me i will say something. I know what it like to work 6-7 hours shift it?s tiringbut being rude disrespectful to customers is not right way. Bc if head office see these comments well that?s a red flag n notfun for restaurants owners bc they have to deal with them n employees as well. Read more
Lady who took our order was really rude and slow.Not a friendly service at all, we asked for sauces but she said no we don't... have and actually so many of them were out just because she has to go back to fill them up she refused and said i am not surerather then going back and check. All of the pitas were so dry and not at all good to eat. Not recommending lassale location atall for pita pit. We come here every week but no more to this location Read more
