Horrible. Ordered two large pizzas. One of them wasn't even cut?! The other looked like it was cut by a toddler and the only... consistent thing was that they were both equally undercooked. Shouldn't have to finish cooking and cutting up my 50 dollarorder. This isn't the first time that I've gotten low quality pizza from here. I've learned my lesson. Read more
Had to wait for about 15 mins to grab my order as the only cashier was out on their brake, which was weird as I got their at the... time they mentioned for pickup (pizza would be ready) Otherwise the options and flavour are great. Read more
I love their panzerottis. They're huge, and you can actually request to have them either deep fried or baked. They can be super... greasy though so keep your napkins close by. Read more
Worst experience. The perosn who was taking order was Canadian and too lazy. Not responsible for his duties. Using mobile phones... while at work. The back staff was also lazy. I orderd two pizza and he took 30 mins to do that. I recommend not tk visit there. Read more

!!!FINGERS IN MY FOOD!!!!! Ordered delivery online directly from pizza pizza on elm in sudbury and received this. You can... clearly see all the greasy finger marks on the box of food and a finger hole where he was taking fries out of the box!. When heshould up he seemed delusional, drunk it seemed honestly. I ordered Pizza on 31st December 2020 and 13 January 2021. Both pizza were really thin and not cooked properly the dough was... uneven the middle part was thin and outer was over cooked. I let go them for new year eve and it happened second time. Both ofthe pizza were disgusting. I call the customer service and the shop owner argued with me. No trust on customers. Worst qualityof pizza. As I was true I have pictures. Disrespectful with the customers which is not tolerated. Telling to let driver clickthe pictures of pizza for proving them is something worst. Pizza was good and all, but the wait time, i had to wait over 20 minutes to get my pizza, please hire better workers.
