Bowling at Plaza Bowl is a pleasant experience overall. All the staff members, no matter their roles, were extremely helpful and... friendly. A neat feature I found beneficial was the tablets configured at each lane which enables services to be accessedwithout having to leave your lane. Want a pizza? Order it on your tablet! Got a problem with your lane? Request assistance onyour tablet! There are both 5 and 10 pin options available and the lanes automatically keep track of your score. Fun for allages and skill levels. We were there for an 8 person social event on a Saturday evening. We booked two lanes. We were received quickly and... competently by the front staff and were directed to our lanes. They were friendly with our kids as well. We got both alcoholicand non alcoholic drinks from the bar without delay and found our seats. The bar attendant was likewise very friendly. Afterabout 20 minutes more patrons started to show up and the heat in the alley increased along with the humidity. People's shoeswere literally sticking to the lanes and the air conditioning had yet to be turned on. It was pretty hot. The heat and humidityissue was brought to the attendants attention..."the owner won't turn the a/c up" As more people showed up, the line at the barwas never less than 8 people for well over 2 hours. She had no help. Both of our lanes had mechanical issues and they wereimmediately addressed by the attendants. It seemed the owner was doing maintenance as others played their lanes; changinglights, cleaning ball retrievers. If you want to throw balls in a modern and well staffed facility this is not the place. Itis clean but very dated with little to no attention given to comfort and ease of use. The lane beside us had a 3 foot tear inits bench seat. The duct tape was a nice touch. The staff try their best to be efficient and friendly but it really fells likethe management is simply too cheap to invest in a decent facility that is comfortable. We had so much fun! We did 5 pin bowling, then 10 pin, the shot some pool at the bar. The staff are all so friendly and chill,... while being super helpful and obviously like working there. Read more
Booked here for my daughter's birthday and they were more then accommodating. They thoroughly explained what needed to be done... to book and they made everything ready. Kids had a blast and they loved it. Will definitely be suggesting to other parents andgoing back. Read more
Omg such a great experience! I just did my daughters party there for her 7th birthday and It wasn't too expensive and the food... was cheap enough with big portions that came with the 15$ package deal for the party. They did all the clean up and everything.Would def recommend. Very friendly lady at the counter. Read more
