Had a full night of drinks and was happy with my evening, from atmosphere -service. However that was not the case from the... second I got home with my takeout food. I ordered the Chicken breast stuffed with Swiss cheese and house-made maple peppercornbacon, rolled and wrapped in bacon, finished with cream sauce. Served over Yukon Gold mash with buttered vegetables I?m notsure why I was expecting better from a chain restaurant but it sounded so good while reading the menu description (quotedabove) This meal was complete trash, I know most chain food is microwaved / oven timed, but this was worse, deep fried cordonblue. Dry, small for the price and could tell they have not changed the freeze in sometime. 1. Outer colour, brown, suggestsold over used grease 2. The taste reassured my above comment, and confirmed deep fried in over used grease. Would never orderthis again and may seriously rethink ever returning to the establishment. Kyra was a wonderful server, I dined alone solo. She made me feel at home without bombarding me with too many questions & was... attentive to a T?. She had an excellent suggestion for the parmesan crusted chicken rigatoni. Amazing! I absolutely love mymeal!!! it was steaming hot and Super Fresh! We got there on a slow night looking for a table for 8, just after the head waitress let everyone else go for the night. ... Worst service I have ever experienced. Can't comment on the food because we never got there.. Waited 10 min for the hostess to... clear a spill then a little blonde asks us " for 2?". We say yes and start following her to a table we thought when she does a180 and rums out the door leaving us standing there looking confused,then comes back and starts serving a table.... Went to this establishment last night (July 31, 2022). Had a group of 10 with us. The staff seemed ok as my little guy with... Special needs had to wander and explore the restaurant, they were ok with the wandering and trying to talk to him. Restaurantwas fairly quiet at the time yet took a bit longer than expected for the type of food ordered. The pricing we feel didn't fitthe portion size and my wife had quesadillas. She told me that she was definitely not a fan. When the server returned with theextravagant bill, my wife told her of the opinion of the quesadilla. Server went to speak to manager who replied, nothing theycan do stating she ate it all. My wife reminded the server she had taken the plate with FULL quesadillas!! She replied withoh... haha, sorry.
