To Mr. Or Mrs. Villeneve, I eat there frequently, and if you would have asked for the cheapest fish, they would be very... accommodating in telling you what is what, but if you order haddock, which you said was a great fish, then how do you give a 2star review on something you didn't ask for, and for the record the family dinner is Alaskan pollock, no where near the qualityof haddock, try being a little more understanding and positive, thank you. A pleasant experience. Our server was friendly, and suggested a few specials. I ordered the two piece haddock with a poutine.... Also, I ordered the clam chowder. The chips are made fresh, not frozen. The fish batter could?ve been seasoned a little bitmore, but the tartar sauce took care of missing flavours. An important tip, you can request fresh lemons, instead of theReaLemon concentrate. The portion size was perfect. The poutine gravy is ok. I was hoping for curds, but maybe it?s something Ineed to request. The price was reasonable. If you?re not a seafood fan, this restaurant offers other dishes; burgers, fries,salads. Thanks to the Tecklenburg staff, was a very warm evening. Covid protocol in place, witnessed detailed cleaning of desks after... guests left. Professional and friendly service, the location is quite nicely decorated. Honest and fresh food, had the seafoodplatter pan fried and grilled salmon, we loved it. A "must go to" for seafood fans.
