Prices have gone up and the quality has gone down since pre-pandemic. Still satisfies my Pad Thai cravings.

They advertise daily special prices but they?re ?not available at this store?. So the combo I ordered advertised at $12 came up... to over $20. Extremely deceptive advertising. Food tasted good though. Read more

Ordered gluten free pad Thai with tofu. I'm pleased I didn't get sick. So really is gluten free. I'm disappointed with the... taste. It was peanut oil and sweet brown sauce on rice or mung bean noodles. Could totally use lime, peanuts, garlic, carrots,other veggies. My fault for not ordering with chilis. Read more

Expected the food to taste at least little similar as to the ThaiExpress places in Ottawa. I have tried several locations in... Ottawa and the food is pretty much the same. The location in Sudbury was TOTALLY different and very disappointing. Ordered twochicken stir fry's: Basil and Peanut. One medium spicy, the other mild. They tasted EXACTLY same - no flavour difference. Theyseem to use a lot of some soy based sauce that makes the food brown and it seems to also give most of the flavour to thefood. I'm so upset I ordered the chicken Tao with noodles and this is what I got. It looks so unappetizing , there's no chicken in... the bread and very little noodles wayyyy at the bottom of the container. I will not be going back to this thai express, I feelcheated out of my meal ???? Read more

I would rather give zero stars. My fiance loved Thai express and this was her first time eating at this location and it will be... her last. She struggled to eat it and couldn't finish it. Nothing looked right, smelt right or tasted right. Her favorite placeis now ruined.... Read more
