Drive-thru goes pretty quickly mistakes are done on occasions but most of the time they are accurate

Morning crew is great, I get a coffee and muffin 5 days a week and some of them will even have it ready as soon as they see me.
Tim Hortons is a joke. If it wasnt the only late night place to get food or drink I would never even give them the time of day.... Rude service. Stale donuts. 5 hour old coffee. So much for fresh pot every 20 mins. People who dont drink coffee would neverknow but if you know a single thing about coffee you know what it SHOULD taste like and what stale coffee taste like. The quality of service seems to really depend on the people working and the moods they are in. I have had wonderful experience... here as well as terrible experiences. I wouldn't recommend getting any sort of hot chocolate as their machine barely works. Read more
Been standing here with the girl ignoring me for now 13 minutes. Seriously??? Do I leave? Do I keep waiting? 13 minutes is... excessive... I'm the only one here inside. And I parked my car to come inside. Won't do that again. This used to be my favoritetimmies. I'm super disappointed. Lots of disrespect from today's visit. Even the gas station side of things here has taken amassive plumit in the past year or 2. I miss all the old employees who were friendly. Read more
