When toppers makes it right its some of the best pizza ever However more often than not, they fail to meet consistent quality... standards... Since the franchising, turnover rates are high resulting in new hires who have little to no knowledge on pizzamaking. This causes inconsistency in many aspects such as dough being too fluffy or overcooked, no or too much sauce, not enoughcheese, forgetting to put toppings, wrong sample sizes and much more. Fortunately customer service is very helpful in resolvingany issues and at times offering free credit They have many good options here, so the potential to have one of the best pizzaexperiences is there, but the consistency isn't so its really just hit or miss.
