Specified I wanted to pay using CC at delivery, but the guy showed up without a functional machine. He was waving it around like... he needed to find a signal. Good thing I had cash. Opened the box and the pizza toppings were all slid to one side. There wasonly ssucd on the other half of the pizza. The only thing I liked was the bbq cheesy bread. Read more

When toppers makes it right its some of the best pizza ever However more often than not, they fail to meet consistent quality... standards... Since the franchising, turnover rates are high resulting in new hires who have little to no knowledge on pizzamaking. This causes inconsistency in many aspects such as dough being too fluffy or overcooked, no or too much sauce, not enoughcheese, forgetting to put toppings, wrong sample sizes and much more. Fortunately customer service is very helpful in resolvingany issues and at times offering free credit They have many good options here, so the potential to have one of the best pizzaexperiences is there, but the consistency isn't so its really just hit or miss. Toppers quality has gone down in my books drastically over the years. Barely any cheese on the pizza, the ?boneless? chicken... bites are awful and processed fake chicken. I will not be giving toppers my business anymore Read more

Toppers is one of the factors that help me make my decision to move to Sudbury. First time I tried it it blew me away since I'm... from a small town in northern Ontario called Hearst and we only have a few pizza places there, this was something different andspecial. 20 yrs later I still love it, although I order it might on the sauce every pizza and extra cheese and bacon, it's thebomb. Every Tuesday they have a special, you pay for a.medium and you get a.large, I always order, every Tuesday a large toppersten w extra cheese, extra bacon and crust brushed w garlic butter and hold on the olives and mushrooms. I'm very happy that I'm able to rate this location independent from Topper's as a franchise because I really like Topper's. We... placed a "Timed" order before noon for a 5pm pickup (order# - 27030422) in order to coincide with picking our toddler (who has a7pm bedtime) from daycare. I mention the times because we had a 2hr window and the staff wasted almost half of it because yourorder in/out system is clearly broken. When we arrived just before 5, we paid for the order and gave the name for pickup(Adrianna). We realized (only afterwards) that we watched our order get handed to another customer who had a different name, anda different order altogether. I can say this with certainty because 10-15mins later, they repeatedly called out an order for"Clint" until another waiting customer informed the staff-member that "the lady who was here earlier, was picking up for Clint".She was met with a "Oh, ya?". Again, our order was for Adrianna (which I guess sort of sounds like Clint). This order also hadhalf of the items that our order had. At this point, we put the pieces together but it wasn't apparent that your staff had. Wehad already paid for the order and kept getting told that our order was "coming soon" or "not much longer". We were never giventhe opportunity to cancel our order, which if we had known they were planning on cooking our order from scratch, we would havedone as we had time constraints. At no point was there any ownership or acknowledgement of the mistake nor was there any offerfor any kind of compensation (which is too late now). While waiting, we also saw that we were not an isolated incident. Pizzaswent unclaimed for nearly 10 minutes while customers waited in the restaurant, other customers showed up for their "timedpickup" online orders only to be told "there was nothing in the system".
