The staff was friendly and courteous. I noticed many fellows with reddish colored hair. Unusual, but prominent recessive gene in... the decendents of the Israel peoples. The streets and side walks of this town are covered with trash. Read more
Very clean store. The drinks were ready relatively quickly considering the amount of customers present.
Not that I matter but bring a coat if you?re going to stay, because it?s always freezing there. I?m a very hot person (not to... toot my own horn) so if I?m always cold, the common folk of suffern must shiver in frigidity. The staff though is friendly andalways wish me hello and goodbye ???? Mobile ordered a venti Iced toasted vanilla oat milk shaken espresso. Got something that looked like a latte. I went back in to... ask it to be remade since it wasn't anything like what I order, a man who I imagine was the shift manager/supervisor was verykind and asked the barista to remake it. Only to get the same milky product back. I was extremely disappointed but decided notto make a scene and left. It really felt like she just put the same milk in the shaker shook it and served it back. I threw itout as soon as I stepped outside. What a waste of $7. Never going back. I'd rather stay loyal to the Starbucks in Acme Mahwah. Read more
Why is this location always freezing?!?!? I come in to have a coffee to warm.up. Instead I find myself snuggling deeper into... my jacket. Looking around, all the other patrons are sitting with their sweaters and jackets as well. Otherwise service isgreat and the renovations are wonderful. Read more
Starbucks is the best. I love their coffee. I especially love their app that you could order from and when you go to pick it up,... you don't wait on any lines and it's usually waiting for you. Furthermore the service at this location is excellent. The CaramelMacchiato is their best coffee in my opinion. They have been taking extra precautions for COVID-19 as well. Read more
Pretty loud and crowded. App said coffee was ready when it wasn't yet and hard to hear announcement that our was ready. Baristas... were pleasant and doing their best-no complaints there! Annoyed that Starbucks charges more for vegan milk options and doesn'thave bathrooms. Read more
