My wife and I have been going to this restaurant for years do this restaurant for years. Visited last night for dinner August... August 6th. The food has always been delicious but the prices keep raising constantly every time we go so we were a littleleery this time . Both my wife and I had a bowl of soup each had a soda and ordered 12 Buffalo wings. With the prices in themenu the bill should have been around 38 to $40. Was very upset when I received a bill for $50.. Question the waitress why thebill is so high And she had told me that they had to raise their prices and that menus are too expensive to be purchased rightnow so the only way you find out what you're paying for your meal is when you get your bill at the end of your meal and areexpected to pay it no matter what . I told the waitress this was very deceptive and not right she pointed to a little 1 inch by3inch card on the table that just explains that they raised their prices and they apologize, it does not say anything about themenu being wrong as far as prices go . I told her it was very sneaky in the fact that you can hardly see this little card andyou need a magnifying glass to read it and also it does not state that the new price is at the new prices are not shown in themenu. All I asked was to pay the prices shown in the menu the owner and his wife argued and said they could not change theprices so I paid the bill in unfortunately the staff got no tip because because I got ripped off! My wife and I paid $50literally for 12 Buffalo wings 2 Pepsi's and 2 bowls of soup!! I don't see Anna and the original gang there anymore I think Itmight be under new management the food was not as good as it had always been and obviously neither was the service I am sad tosay that was our last time to Francesco's . Unfortunately poor experience. Visited for dinner Saturday night 7-23. Very poor ventilation and restaurant was overly warm.... After drinks and appetizer asked for the Remainder to go. Upon receipt of the bill we noticed the pricing was more than themenu. Asked our server and was told they had price increase but not reflected on menu. Made complaint and manager never cane totalk to us. We understand prices are up but felt that was extremely deceptive, dishonest and we felt taken advantage of. $86 fortwo pizzas and wings outrageous. That was a first and absolute last visit. Very very poor taste. Side note, our server handledit very well and we tipped her fairly. Disgusted. Read more
Love everything about this place. Can't say enough good things. Great food, Great family Great place LOVE IT !! Highly RECOMMEND
This is a takeout review. All food its eaten promptly in the vehicle. I had a pepperoni pizza and the meatballs. The meatballs... were very good. They were moist, tender, solid, and very flavorful. The pizza was excellent. Nice crisp on the bottom of thecrust. Chewy crust with a great sauce. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 9.1. Read more
I jus moved to the Suffield Ct area and love finding these great mom/pop Restaurants..this is one to chk out.. quality food and... good service in a clean Restaurant. The menu has typical Italian fare but some good surprises as well.. love it here.. Well DoneFrancesco's.!! Read more
Go see Anna and the entire family at this small, intimate Italian restaurant! It made us feel like we were back in the Tuscany... region of Italy. Truly authentic, down to Anna's wonderful voice. Great food and atmosphere at fair prices with terrificservice. Read more
Slightly better and slightly pricier than Enfield Pizza. Takes a bit longer but worth the wait
