24 minutes in the drive through for 2 orders of large fries with 3 cars ahead of me. Fries are fantastic though
I run a restaurant right down the street and I have to say thank goodness I?m so close to such terribly run businesses. I love... bojangles but there is clearly no management or leadership at this one. They close early all the time the dining room says comeon In buts never open the team is rude and when you ask for a side of seasoning for your fries they can?t do that now?? If aguest is willing to pay for it why can they not get a side of seasonings for the fries? Last time I came there it was 8:30 atnight and apparently they decided to close I thought maybe the speaker was broken so I pulled up tell me why 4 team Memberslooked at me and kept cleaning! I would fire my hosts if they aren?t willing to greet people especially if we closed early withno indication to the public. I even tried calling the home office since I don?t like complaining publicly but they have gottenrid of the option to call you have to fill out a form?. This place has horrible customer service. When picking up orders from this location they always either get the order completely... wrong or forget multiple items. I do not recommend going to this location. Read more
Service is a little slow but they above average fast food. Just wish they were open at 4am when I head into work.
The best fried chicken and worlds sweetest tea all in one location. This place has it all..... Biscuits, chicken, beans,... chicken, biscuits with blueberries in them and, yes, they have fried chicken. I only docked this place one star because they nolonger offer the smoked sausage biscuit...the staff here is always amazing! Read more

We usually have no problems with this location. Staff is usually super friendly. Tonight,Sunday May 1st. At about 8:30 pm. We... ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo with bo rounds and a sweet tea. And a large diet coke through the drive threw. Whenplacing the order at first said they were out of bo rounds. But then said they had them. Proceeded to window, paid. And askedmy husband to check bag to make sure bo rounds were in there. They were not in the bag but fries. So i asked employee she saidid have to pull up and wait 5 mins. Which we did. Then got home daughter opened up sand-which and this is what it looked like. Icertainly hope the owner and or manager will respond back to this concern. As prices rise i feel like quality is lowering. Idefinitely understand staffing shortages. Stopped by today but couldn't get in. Door was locked at 9am. No sign on door saying anything about inside being closed. I ... didn't feel like going to drive thru so I left and went somewhere else. They lost a customer today. Read more
