Ordered my food online and I received the oldest coldest fries and chicken they could conjure up. Not to mention the bar pizza... had way way to many ingredients on it. Spoke with a hostess/manager the next morning and as of 10/23/2022 I'm still receivingthe run around about a refund. Placed smelled like the carpet needs to be cleaned. No one up front so I sat myself in the bar. Server was cool, nothing... extraordinary and I think he needed a break but he did recommend the street tacos and they were Great!! Top shelf long islandwith splash of cranberry was fantastic. The restaurant smelled like a wet dog in need of a bath. There was debris on the floor in the first dining room upon entering... the restaurant. The floor border around the base of the wall was dirty with greasy smudges. The staff was standing aroundtwiddling their fingers versus trying to assist guest. Got home with my food to discover several items were omitted from theorder. It's not a short trip to this dump. Will not be going here again. I placed a very simple order and they couldn't get it correct. When the customer spends for a product, a simple product the... least thing you could do is give them what was asked for. I asked for four different flavors on my wings. Everyone in my familydoesn't eat spicy food. I was so disappointed with my food. I got a birthday coupon for six free wings and a coupon for $10 off $15. Great!!! Except... they got my order wrong by not giving me enough wings and the wings I did get had little to no sauce on them. And they werehard. The manager said I could come pick up more or get them the next time I come in but they were horrible to the point I don'teven care to go get the free ones. This was my salad. Place had no ac, told to pick a table at the bar, at least 3 other people working other than the bartender... but they never helped her. Just kept looking around the corner. Let me just say from the moment I walked in I kind of had a feeling I should have walked out... there was no one at the front... counter and I wasn't sure if we were supposed to seat it ourselves or not. A guy finally came from the back and he was verypolite quickly sat us down. The waiter was very slow and inattentive. His service was mediocre, pretty nice but not the serviceI'm used to. If it wasn't for the fried pickles and the Pepsi, they probably wouldn't even get one star. I asked for all drums,I got drums and flats. I got a wing combo they were dry the fries were cold and dry. The celery looked like it had been in thefridge for a week. I wanted dry rub wings not dry wings. I asked for it was a queso and guac, they forgot my guac. The queso wasdisgusting, like it was made from dried cheese or something. It was just overall just horrible! All this on top of the factthat I thought it was kids night because that's what I looked up and saw on the internet. This place needs new management. We hesitated to eat here again because typically the service is awful. We figured with 3 cars... in the parking lot we may get service. Instead we waited forever to be seated since all the staff was in the kitchen laughingand screwing around. Finally got a table but noone could be bothered to take our drink order.
