I've been here twice and both times it was very dirty, with dropped food all over the prep area. Messy dining area, lots of... young kid employees. This visit I saw an employee "wipe" the prep area using her gloved hands (no rag) to gather lettuce thathad fallen and tossed it in sink, not trash. This is all we have left, white rice, the last scoop and it was hard as a brick.The girl was trying to break it up with spoon and it wasn't breaking, lol. No brown rice, no veggies, the little meat they hadwas DARK, dry, indistinguishable. I said nevermind and went to leave and she put the rice ba k in the warmer. I ordered online and identifed 8 ordered by name and when order was picked up nothing was labeled. It was a nightmare trying to... figure out what each order was and who order which meal. I found it impossible to distinguish between the meals and who wantsother people touching their food trying to figure out if it is theirs or not? So when I got there I was told they were only doing online orders. So I made one at 730 to be ready at 740. At 8 I asked how... much longer I had they wouldn?t even tell me. At 820 they ran out of rice and guacamole. Mind you the manger was not doinganything to resolve this situation. I ask for my money back she told me she couldn?t do a refund I had to do it online!!!! Ihave no idea if I received a refund but I?ll be on the phone in the morning figuring it out! This was the worst experience Ihave ever had. They didn?t apologize for being short handed had a employee writing fire me on the grill! I was near the area and decided to grab lunch. The team at this location work hard and are super sweet. I spoke with Marvin he... was very sweet and helpful specially since I kept asking for different things. It?s a breath of fresh air when you run intopeople who are so kind. The food was good, but the service was slow and the food prep areas were nasty and covered with scraps of so many orders before... us. There were so many employees behind the counter, they were mixing up everyone's orders and grouping them with the wrongpeople, leaving us all to sort them out and unwrap burritos after we paid. Maybe it was an off night for this location, but itwas definitely a miss for the chain. Read more
This is a Chipotle, like most, the staff were friendly and fast. Food was very good, I had a bowl. It's a little smaller then... most Chipotles although not a problem. Tables were clean and plasticware & napkins were stocked, men's bathroom was clean. Thisis a very good Chipotle, I've been to worse. I'm assuming you know Chipotle food, which is normally good, this one is a goodone, would visit again. Read more
We?ve ordered from this location twice and both times were absolutely horrible. The first time our food was cold despite picking... it up on time and only have a 7 minute drive home. On top of that there were several things missing from our order, which isexcusable, it happens, but they are incredibly rude about their own mistakes at this location. We decided to give them a secondtry since the other nearby location wasn?t taking online orders and one of our burritos was basically all rice with maybe a fewpieces of chicken and cheese. We paid extra for queso, which it did not come with. If this is your closest Chipotle I highlysuggest driving a few extra minutes to another location. Read more
Love Chipotle always get the vegetarian bowl. Delicious. Service has been ok up to date. Restaurant clean. Only thing staff... should check the plastic folks and spoons etc... to make sure it's full. Yess I would recommend this restaurant. Read more
