If I could leave less than a star, I would. 4 HOURS after my order, I get a call from the store asking "Was you still expecting... your order?" Umm, yes?! Especially when they set the system to DELIVERED AND COMPLETE so I couldn't cancel the dang thing! ANDTHEN HUNG UP ON ME. Order large Brooklyn style which looks like a medium. Over cooked, no extra cheese that I paid for. I've ordered multiple times... but this is the worst pizza I've ordered from this location. W constance road suffolk va. Will not revisit this location again. Read more
Ordered tonight delivery for dinner. Got my order and item was missing. So called store they stated I could get a credit or come... get my item from store. I stated to them no I can not I need my order delivered to me like I ordered and they need to make sureall items are with orders before leaving store to deliver. Stated if they delivered my missing item then they would charge mefor delivery again. I stated well I would like a full refund then. He stated I can not do that. I said well I want to speak tomanager he said he was the manager and it was not his problem and hung up. Mind you in my order I stated I had Covid. Veryunprofessional manager and poor service! Reported to cooperate and could not talk to anyone stated I had to be text to report myissue and wait for a person to contact me on my case. Read more
Pizza was late and since they never came out we went in. They gave us the wrong pizza and their excuse was everybody makes... mistakes. Well they do have a quality check that must not have been done. We left with the pizza still saying it was in the bakemode on the app and then they cut it off so we didn?t get the free pizza after it was over 20 minutes late. Poor service poorquality. Read more
first off i use to like dominos but after last three time i have order from this store it has gone down hill. from the taste of... it to down not even cutting it. lets not even talk about the stuffed cheesy bread which looks like who ever made it just dump aton of parmesan cheese. i will not be RETURNING! Absolutely the worst experience possible. 2 large 3 topping pizza's both done wrong. 30 minutes after they were notified they... were wrong they hadn't even started remaking them. I paid cash but they wouldn't refund my money claimed they would only give astore credit. I will be contacting corporate. The employee just laughed at the whole situation. Read more
Order came in 50 after ordering and was only warm at best. Tasted fine. Biggest issue is that they missed an item and would not... refund it. Offering only store credit, of which I did not want. It's apparent they don't care much so expect that in what yourecieve. I will be avoiding this one in the future. Read more
I absolutely wish I can give 0 stars, the store is ridiculous, how does it take 3-4 hours to get your order and it?s not even... hot? Get new staff that care about what they?re doing and faster drivers, we are paying for a service and management and theemployees don?t care about anything. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND STORE. Read more
