Went to this IHOP on a Sunday morning and the kitchen was still cooking tickets from the day prior ???????????? The kitchen was... VERY SLOW which made the dinning experience TERRIBLE. Our waitress was very nonchalant about the kitchen's shortcomings anddidn't check up on us during our 43 minutes wait. The front and back of the house staff needs more training all around. Although this place was understaffed today our waitress Kim did an awesome job and provided great service to everyone all by... herself. She made sure everyone was acknowledged and taken care of.
