Went to this IHOP on a Sunday morning and the kitchen was still cooking tickets from the day prior ???????????? The kitchen was... VERY SLOW which made the dinning experience TERRIBLE. Our waitress was very nonchalant about the kitchen's shortcomings anddidn't check up on us during our 43 minutes wait. The front and back of the house staff needs more training all around. Although this place was understaffed today our waitress Kim did an awesome job and provided great service to everyone all by... herself. She made sure everyone was acknowledged and taken care of. They were slow to respond to customers, an individual near us waited about 20 minutes with no food waiting to pay. My wife and I... waited roughly the same with our check before we got up figuring we payed at the front counter, when a manager informed us thatour waiter should take the payment at our seats, we ended up getting helped by a different waitress. This IHOP location is where it's at. We had an awesome waiter named Justin, we were a big group of 14 and he handled us like a... pro. He was very professional, personable and really made our experience a great one! I'm sure he isn't getting paid enough formaking his customers feel special. They brought our table a plate of ketchup, syrup, salt and pepper which was very convenient.(Nice not to have to ask for the basics) Food was delicious and affordable. Highly recommend this location. Although the waiter was nice our food took forever to be cooked, they messed up on our order (we had to keep refreshing her... memory) and one person even left because they took so long. Also not once were we offered refills???? Read more
