This location needs better management and employees. I had the worst tasting sub from here today (9/17). The workers looked... unorganized and it was a mess behind the counter. I preordered but still stood at the pickup counter for 7 minutes while the oneworker doing online orders ignored me completely. Was finally helped by someone else after they finished texting in their phone.???? Read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The Manager, Richard is rude and totally disrespectful to a customer. After hearing how... rude and condescending he was to my 20 year old daughter, I called to speak with the Manager, only to find out that it was theManager who was in question. After respectfully asking if it was a good time to discuss a concern, because I understand thatthey may be busy, he sighed and responded, "What's up?" He never apologized or anything. He made it a point to tell me that hethought he treated her quite well. I reiterated how sad and disappointing his customer service skills are, and I hope thatJersey Mike's "real" management team can look deeper into situations like these, because "Richard" is bad for business. I've never gone to a Jersey Mike's and felt unappreciated, and today was no exception. The service was so friendly I felt like... they knew me by name my food was fantastic and my service was super fast. I will never stop coming to these locations. Read more

Ordered two subs, took 10 minutes for my wife's sandwich, mine was 22 minutes....at 6:30PM. Not exactly the most busy time. No... apology or nothing. No tea, sweet or unsweet. Told associate, got an "ok", but did nothing but stand there. My first and LASTtime at Jersey Mike's. Read more

Let me begin this post by stating how much I love Jersey Mike?s subs on a normal day. This day was unusual. I placed a mobile... order for an Italian sub and wrote in the notes for the pepper relish to be placed on the side. When I picked my order up,(which was not on the order pick up cart), I looked in the bag and noticed there wasn?t any red pepper relish. I asked the guywho handed me the bag was it on the side like I requested. He asked Ryan (the person who made the sandwich) and he said oh letme put some in a cup. I asked Ryan is he sure he didn?t put it on the sandwich being that there wasn?t already some in a cup inthe bag. He assured me that he didn?t. I like to put it on myself because I only like a small amount. Well when I got home andlooked at it, sure enough I saw relish. I also tasted it and it was spicy. I called up there and spoke with Ryan and he told meto bring it back. I have three small kids at home, what an inconvenience for something that isn?t my fault. So I asked him whatare they going to do for the inconvenience and he said they wouldn?t be doing anything but remaking the sandwich. That is poorcustomer service. I understand bringing it back, but I don?t understand inconveniencing the customer and doing nothing about it.I live 15- 20 minutes away. Terrible experience on top of the fact that Ryan lied about not putting the relish on the sandwich.Smh Let me also add that this is not the first time this has happened to me at this location, but it?s the first time Icomplained about it. I visited this establishment on January 19th and ordered the Mike?s Famous Philly Cheesesteak and it was pretty good. This was... my first time visiting Jersey Mikes and overall, I would go back there as they are prompt and efficient. The workers were niceand bring your food to you as you wait. The only concern that I had was the meat was a little too salty. Other than that, Ienjoyed my food! Read more
