I would leave 0 if I could. Worse McDonald's I've ever been to. Food is almost never fresh. They have messed up my order for the... last time. They are EXTREMELY slow and everyone there has a major attitude problem. I believe everyone deserves a higher livingwage but I'm not including them. This location seems to be rather horrible at getting orders correct. We ordered a cheeseburger pack via door dash. The dasher... was waiting for the order for 5 minutes and showed up with a 6 pc. nugget instead of a 20 pc. and only one medium fry. DoorDash replaced the order and the exact same thing happened again, 6 nuggets, 1 medium fry. If you're thinking about orderingdelivery from this store, forget it. If you're ordering in-person, be prepared for a wait and be sure to check the bag beforeyou leave. Read more
I really wish I could give a better rating, I really do. We?ve lived in the area for over 4 years and I swear we?ve seen at... least a couple different managers and little to no improvement. The inside is almost always filthy - floors and other surfaces.The drive through staff is short tempered, quick to rush you through your order, and consistently forget things. Don?t botherasking for any sauce ever. They will mark it down and not give it to you. When you stop and ask for some they are often out ofsomething. They have had multiple tech issues where their servers were down and could not take any orders. They have run out offries before too - their most popular side. It?s a shame because we keep trying to give them a chance and we see new facesthere every time we go but the overall poor experience keeps happening. Read more
Horrible!!! Do not waste your time or money here. We waited in line over 20 minutes, just to find out the girl had rang up our... order wrong. We explained numerous times to both staff and management there should be a total of 3 combo meals. After waitinganother 5 minutes we were told to pull up to the door and wait. When they finally brought the food, they gave us 2 combo meals,yet 3 drinks... we tried AGAIN to explain they still had the order wrong and we were told we would have to get back in the drivethru line and wait another 20 minutes to get our other combo. Why should we have to wait again when it was your employee thatmessed up the order, even after explaining to the manager there should be 3. Nobody in this place knew what they were doing orhow to do it. We ended up just going to get Wendy's because the 2 meals they had given us were not the correct meals. So wastedtime, money, and part of our sanity trying to explain to these people that cant seem to get what 3 combo meals mean!Ridiculous!!! Read more
What you asked is never what's given. You are asked to select a drink however the drink you select is not available. You are... asked what sauce you need and they do not include in your meal the sauce selected. You asked for a recipe. With an attitude theyoung lady says they're out of paper. The service at McDonald's has declined so much. I don't think it would ever get back towhere it was. Next time I'll go to Chick-fil-A. There service is fantastic. Read more
Drove 30 minutes from my home because this is the closest McDonald's to my home, and I will never be back. I order 3, 20 piece... nuggets and 2 large fries with honey mustard/ketchup. Drove 30 minutes back to find they only gave me 10 nuggets, 2 fries, andnot 1,2, or 3, but 36 packets of BBQ sauce! I paid $43 for this?! Ended up going to dollar general and bought freezer nuggetsinstead. How do you mess up an order that bad. If you're looking at stopping here just drive past, and stop somewhere else.Don't waste your time or money here! Read more
What a sick joke. I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget 7/16/22.. around 9pm-10pm?. Just a box full of tartar sauce ??.
What do you expect from McDonalds? They're never going out of business regardless of what we say but I am mad this location... tried to pass off a frappe with oreo pieces as an Oreo McFlurry. People really think they're funny. Read more
