Customer service was horrible. Placed my order on the app. Marked myself as there when I got there and waited 20 minutes. When I... went to the window and asked where my food was they said they were cooking it. Went back to my car and 10 min later I went backto the window when they told me they didn?t show me as in a spot and there. When I showed them the app, another worker held upthe bag with my spot number. And then they scrambled to get me food, all the while the manager complaining how I was holding upthe drive through line by standing there waiting for my food. Never an apology for my wait. I only gave you 3 stars, not based on the food or service, but because you don't offer a military discount! Hardee's is the... only fast food restaurant that I'm aware of that offers a 10% military discount! Every single time I give this place a chance it takes at least 20 minutes to get through the short drive through line. The... location around the corner and down the road on High street always runs more efficiently. I?ll be going there from now on. It?scloser to home anyways. This is the second time in a month and something wasn't right with my order. On top of that most of the time the employee in the... drive through has an attitude. I understand that this is McDonald's and good or mediocre customer service can't be expected. But damn getting an order correct... IS expected. If I order breakfast and in that order ask for 4 (FOUR) extra hash browns and Pay for them I expect that whendriving down the road and reaching in my bag ALL items ordered will be there. Every time I give this place a chance theydisappoint me more and more. Just shut the place down and get new staff. Read more

I don't know what's going on with McDonald's but their food is going downhill or shall I say the people that they hire. How can... you mess up a Happy meal because that's all I ordered and it still was terrible I mean my dog wouldn't even eat it so you knowit was bad! I am going to need McDonald's to do better at hiring staff members. BE VERY SELECTIVE AND PICKY IF YOU HAVE TO! Poor management must be the issue, the staff was very friendly but seemed confused. No one was taking orders from one of the... drive thru menus, and after being skipped four times I drove up to the window. The woman who helped me apologized and I heardsomeone ask her why she wasn't taking orders for both menus, but she hadn't been told the other employee had taken a break. Iended up spending 30 minutes there because it took a very long time after I paid to get my food, for seemingly no reason, soagain I believe the management and lack of training are to blame. Do not ever, ever, ever, go to this disgusting place. It was filthy. It took forever for my order that I went in to purchase. No... one there seemed to want to do anything. I also debated how old the food was when I finally received it. Do yourself a favor andgo to the McDonald?s at the next exit. Believe me you don?t want to go to this establishment. Read more
