I eat at this location quite a bit, but recently I have not been impressed. I don't know if this location is suffering like... most establishments these days from lack of staff or staff that doesn't care about quality, but the last few times I have eatenhere has been a disappointment. Either my order is incorrect, I am missing items, or the food is barely there. Today ithappened again. I spent over $30 on two bowls and the order was incorrect yet again. Never received pita chips, orderedcrumbled feta and barely could find it, size portions were much to be desired compared to normal, barely had any spinach, maybeless than a 1/4 cup of rice was in the bowl...I mean seriously? I visited Mezeh for the first time in Suffolk and my experience was amazing!!! Zander was very patient with me since I have... never eaten Mediterranean food before. He allowed me to sample certain flavors before I purchased my meal and I am so glad thathe did because my bowl turned out to be one of the best meals that I have ever tasted! I walked in for lunch. No one greeted me. The guy working behind the hot foods counter was sweeping the floor with a broom and... never looked up. Another person was working in the open kitchen area behind him and she looked at me and went back to doingwhatever she was doing. I stayed for a couple of minutes and realized they had no plans to acknowledge me, much less to serveme. So I just left. Food looked fresh and place was clean. Lousy service. Read more
Amazing. This was my first visit. My first impression was that I didn't know enough to order but I picked shawarma beef in a... wrap and then added what I thought would be in a shawarma wrap. The wrap looked tasted and felt wonderful. The veggies werefresh and had great flavor. Think subway or Chipotle style ordering but way higher quality. Fresh delicious food! Absolutely fantastic. Great clean eye appealing atmosphere! Easy to order with great organization. Fast... service. Only downside today ( my first visit ever) was the girl making the bowl she never spoke! She never smiled BUT shelistened well and did the job which is good but...it just would be nice to have a smile back. ???? BUT the guy in backline whowas doing different roles made up for it he smiled and had such a pleasant positive attitude ???? so this place gets fivestars.
