First time here the service was great and the 2 guys I interacted with were great at helping me with the options. Second time... there were younger people working and the service was awful. One guy wouldn't make eye contact as he cut the pizza, never spoketo me and rolled his eyes when he closed the boxes before I could mention I wanted sauce on top of my pizza. And the ladypreparing the pizza put the toppings on it in one spot i had to ask her to spread it out. Next time I'll only be coming in whenit's early to receive better service. Read more
Customer service sucked! I was the first customer there and they were already out of certain toppings I wanted.. They guy making... my pizza wasn?t listening and loaded garlic chives on my pizza when I told him I didn?t ask for them he started picking them offone by one leaving chunks still on there.. When I walk back into the store they tell me Sir we had to remake your pizza becauseit got stuck in the oven! And last but not least.. HOLY MOLY DONUT SHOP!! FLY CENTRAL!! As a person with celiac I was fully prepared to NOT eat here safely. But, to my shock, I actually had a great pizza!! All my... thanks to the wonderful manager James. He went so far out of his way to ensure I didn't get sick. He personally handled my pizzafrom start to finish. He looked up ingredients to see if they were safe. He used a new ladle and pizza cutter. He cooked mypizza on a clean pan so it wouldn't touch the paddle. He pulled all my ingredients and sauce from below the main line so none ofit had been cross contaminated. This was my very first time ever eating MOD and bc of him I will add it to my list of favoritepizza places! Gluten free crust was also really good! Have taken pizzas to go twice from this place. Pizzas are always really good. Nothing to complain about. If you like to custom... your pizza this is the place to go. In addition, their cauli crust and gluten free crust are both very delicious! Read more

This was my second visit and it was just OK. The food was very good but the employees didn't acknowledge us for a good 2... minutes. I felt like we were the only people who wanted to be there. It is a very hard time for restaurants to get great workersbut they could have done better. I'm sure I'll go back but today was not great. Read more
I have been missing out. Where has MOD Pizza been all my life! If you are a pizza lover, this is the place to be. The topping... choices are endless. I may be a little exaggerated, but I felt like a kid in a candy store. Service was exceptional and wasexplained how to order as a first timer. Bottom Line.
