I love their custoner service. Food is always prompt and well made. If I had one thing to recommend on improving the customer's... experience? It would the pick up counter. A simple acknowledgment of the waiting customer for an order can go a long way but,all in all I enjoy and frequent this cafe. Read more

Been to this location twice at night while on travel. The lady that works at the order counter goes above and beyond to help... customers. She is patient, friendly and not afraid to go into detail with menu options (which Panera Itself isn?t great atdetailing). Panera please value this super nice lady! Read more

I get food delivered from here kind of often. I fortunately found something I like & that helps me out personally. Anyway, my... only issue with this location is that there's almost always an issue with quality control. Your bread can often be found lyingunder or next to everything from the utensils, the bag of chips to whatever else is a part of your order..it's likely touchingall that. Another thing is you can keep experiencing having your order missing the main ingredients like some salad or all thechicken in your chicken salad. Even if you paid extra for extra add-ons you'll have paid & not received them too. It's alsooften where your food is packaged kind of poorly! Example; I ordered dressing & half the dressing was lining the bottom of thebag & soaking through the baguette that I mentioned can be found with everything else.. I have spoken with two nice managerswho have tried to remedy the situation..it's just..how many times can I have these situations? I feel bad because sometimes Ihave not called because I imagine the employees may be tired & overworked..but I feel bad for myself & other paying customerstoo! I say all this to say something needs to be done in order to keep business. I thank you for the service you all have givenme. I hope you all get rest & appreciation! I also hope you can do better! Most of the staff is very pleasant and the food is decent, but the wait times are ridiculous. There?s been no less then four... separate occasions where I?ve been in line 20+ and sometimes 30+ minutes. With only a car or two ahead of me. It?s a good thingthe food is decent because you sure aren?t paying for convenience. I will say the unlimited sip club is great and is a good waytoo keep people coming back. Read more

I have to admit Panera salads are very good and filling and good for those that are calorie conscious. Their cinnamon crunch... bagels are to die for and their bakery items are generally good. However, the Panera's I go to never fill their hazelnut coffeeurn, the decaf is usually stale or burnt, they never check their cream containers to see if they are filled and aside fromCinnamon Crunch and Asiago Cheese bagels their bagels taste like cardboard. C'mon Panera, do a better job. I know you can! Read more

This was a $13 toasted steak and white cheddar. I even paid to "deliver" this monster. Even with inflation, cannot make this... 600% upcharge. Most of it was gristle. If you like gristle and bread and paying 15 bucks then Ah' welcome! Read more

Picked up a curbside order today right before going home on break. I work open to close at a restaurant and usually eat on my... break, but not again until after work around 11. I spent a quarter of my break time picking up the food, only to come home andthe fruit cup I paid extra to have as my side is moldy! A super moldy strawberry! I called in and they could only give me creditfor the fruit cup or come back to replace it. I do not have time to go back. I believe they should have offered me MORE creditseeing as this could've caused me a health issue. Especially since I have a preexisting blood disorder and a rare lung diseaseand get very sick easily. They are lucky I was paying attention. Do better, Panera. Read more
