I ordered the Garden Bowel. It was good. However not sure I will go back. It had a long black hair in it. Place may be unclean.

I've been ordering from Papa John's for years and I have not been disappointed yet.
This was without a doubt the worst pizza I've ever tasted. There were only 5 thin sliced mushrooms on it and they made no... attempt at hiding the fact since it was only on 2 slices of the pizza. The stuffed crust was raw and the rest was burned. Thecrust was so thin I was tempted to see if I could read the paper through it. If you had a salt craving this was your pizza. I don?t normally post reviews because I?ve worked restaurants my whole life. Waited over an hour for two pizzas. The tracker... said delivered. The driver said he delivered it. He said he knocked and nobody answered and the kids next door said it wastheirs. I have a ring camera?nobody came to the door. Now I?m waiting for my pizzas to be remade and redelivered. The managerborderline argued with me when I told her it wasn?t delivered and he didn?t knock at my door. I had selected no contact for areason and left instructions to leave it on the porch. I?m a single mom with immune problems, and paying $50 for two pizzas withthis service is unacceptable. Read more
I ordered on my app. Thin crust with LITE sauce pepperoni and mushrooms. They put extra extra sauce. Can?t even eat it. Too... frustrated to take it back. Read more
Ordered a pepperoni pizza from the Suffolk Papa Johns on Main Street, and it is literally only 50% covered with cheese. My... children were excited about pizza as usual, but they said it tastes gross and refused to eat it. Papa Johns refused to respondto my feedback form, their customer service team promised me are response within 48 hours, and now they're running me in circleswith no resolution. The customer service team told me the store responded and said "a credit was applied" , so I asked "wherecan I see this credit?" and they told me to contact the store again. This pizza is 3 times as expensive as other pizza placesin the area, and this makes me question if it's really worth it. Read more
Ordered a pizza and paid for banana peppers to be added, as well as an additional side of garlic dipping sauce. Order showed up... with neither. Pizza tasted worse than I remember as well. At $30 a pizza, it?s embarrassing that they don?t get it righr. Read more
