Hey there my Kitties ????. This is my true blue review about this #curbside Pizza Hut located at 1520 Main st. In good old... downtown Suffolk. "They Are Awful" from my experience. I ordered online early afternoon Friday October 28th for a 6pm curbsidepickup. I ordered from the app. The app gave me a message that my order was ready and to check in. When I drive up there was noway to park. No spots designated for curbside pick up. The drive up window is still being worked on so the construction coneshave it blocked off. Cluster F already. I call the restaurant and speak to the waitress who tells me it will be another 10minutes. I go in after 10 minutes and notice the long line of angry/ frustrated customers surrounding the register and theyoung lady looking frazzled. They are running behind and busy, but deliveries are going out on time. I ask about my order andshe proceeds to tell me that the app order that says it was ready to them is future order and would take another 20 minutes orso that they were busy tonight. This is ridiculous. They just ask you if you still want the order or a refund. Snark attitudefrom the older looking stature gentleman at the register. They offer you nothing from the time waisted waiting. When my orderwas finally ready I had thought I purchased red pepper and Romano cheese shaker but the nasty attitude cook who came up to bringit to me said I had to pay for it. I waited 45 minutes after the fact and you don't just give it to me is Crazy. Lousyrestaurant, Lousy customer service, Lousy representation. I've worked in CSR. I deal with Customers. I Will Never Visit ThisEstablishment Again. If you're app is not working correctly for that site, take it down. It's not accurate for that address. It's not fair to the customers to suffer due to the negligence of the workers. I'm done talking about them. Read more

I paid for a full pizza with pineapple but it only had half. The 16pc chicken was MOSTLY RAW. I accidentally swallowed it since... it was my first bite now I'm just vomiting from it. Didn't expect it. It also had a weird smell to it. The rest of the chickenwas also the same. The stuffed crust was also weird tasting. Ordered here before and picked up at night time it was fine butthis order is disgusting (3pm on 9/18) RAW CHICKEN on most of the 16pc boneless wings. Stuffed crust was COLD andhard. Please check your chicken first before biting on it because it was RAW.. literally had blood on it. I'm gaggingeverything I think of it. No refund needed or whatever..I just really want people to be aware. Thanks. P.S. I've alreadycalled pizza hut and spoke to the manager Shantira or something...I couldn't remember, sorry. She did offer for a replacement ofwings for the future date, but I think I'll have to pass. I used to love Pizza hut then stopped after the quality declined.Couple of weeks ago I ordered for my family and we loved it. It was before closing. It was delicious, but after today. Oh man..I will never order back here unless I'm really desperate and have nothing else to order at and I can't cook at home or whateverit may be. Good bye, Pizza hut. Read more
Had to call three time to finally get my order through. The first Two calls I got hung up on while ordering. Waited two hours... for two large pizzas. When It was delivered I took the pizza inside and noticed one was a large and one was a medium. After Iopened the boxes up it was not what I ordered. The pizza was cold and looked old. Read more
The new store is great, I like the new set up, great customer service, the only thing I didn't like is the tables had a residue... of sticky substance on them. Also the menu is very hard to see, the lighting reflects on the menu makes it hard to read it fromthe table. Also the web page gives you deals but when you go in person nothing is on sale. Let me introduce you to KIM. She was very professional. She was Super helpful while I was placing a big order. She kept me... from making any mistakes. She ensured to check current offers to help me. I appreciated her, and her attention to detail. KIMwas able to assist me in getting my order placed early for future delivery later that day. Her timing was impeccable. I camein early to pay for the order and she was on it. She greated me and was very friendly. She told me my order would be Hot andready on time. It was completed exactly as scheduled.
